About Amanda

I spent fifteen years as a real estate assistant before I got my own license. Fifteen years of watching transactions from the inside, learning where they go smoothly and where they come apart, and eventually deciding I wanted to be out front instead of behind the scenes. I wanted to be a bigger part of it, because I love working with people and seeing the difference a move makes in someone's life.

I became a REALTOR because a home is so much more than four walls. It is where you mark the things worth marking, and being part of that chapter in someone's life is a privilege. It is what motivates me every day.

Those fifteen years also left me with a list of things I always check. The first one is what a house backs up to, because it is the thing nobody photographs and the one thing you cannot change later.

I work with buyers and sellers across the East Valley, including people buying for the first time. You can expect honest communication, attention to the details, and someone who genuinely listens. Every situation is different and the advice should be too.

Personally, I am drawn to communities built around water, with walkable restaurants and a park nearby, which is a good part of why I pay as much attention as I do to the lake communities out here.

When I am not with clients I am usually trying a new local coffee shop, hiking Silly Mountain, or driving unreasonably far for good coffee or great pizza.
